Speaking at the event, the Commissioner for Secondary, Technical and Vocational Education, Dr. Augustina Godwin, said the initiative reflects Governor Agbu Kefas’ commitment to improving access to education and ensuring that no student is denied examination opportunities due to financial constraints.
