Onuigbo Urges APC Governors To Embrace Tinubu’s Consensus Model Ahead Of 2027 Elections A former member of the House of Representatives, Sam Onuigbo, has urged governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) to adopt President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s consensus-driven political approach in selecting candidates for the 2027 general elections.

Onuigbo said embracing consensus and inclusive decision-making would strengthen internal democracy, reduce intra-party conflicts, and promote unity within the ruling party ahead of future electoral contests.
