The rebuilt community now stands as part of the Tudun Biri Resettlement Scheme, featured under the ongoing Renewed Hope National Media Tour North West Region. Tudun Biri became widely known after a military operation targeting insurgents mistakenly affected the civilian community, leading to significant casualties and destruction. In the aftermath, the Federal Government pledged support for full rehabilitation, reconstruction, and resettlement of affected residents.
