NCS, PEBEC Launch Strategic Reform Agenda To Boost Port Efficiency The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), in collaboration with the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC), has unveiled a strategic reform agenda aimed at improving efficiency, transparency, and competitiveness in Nigeria’s ports. The initiative forms part of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, which prioritises economic reforms, trade facilitation, and infrastructure-driven growth.
