BBNaija’s Aikou, Flora Secure Finale Spots Through New ‘Gambit’ Twist Big Brother Naija Season 11 housemates Amyr Yousufzai, popularly known as Aikou, and Flora Egbeda have become the first contestants to secure automatic places in the grand finale after emerging as the inaugural Gambit winners in the reality show’s “Show Ya Sef” season. The pair earned the coveted positions through a public vote following the introduction of the new game-changing twist. The “Show Ya Sef” season, which premiered on July 26 with 24 housemates competing for the show’s biggest-ever ₦160 million grand prize, introduced The Gambit as a new strategic element. Under the format, one male and one female housemate are guaranteed places in the finale from the start of the competition.

However, the advantage comes with a major sacrifice. By accepting the Gambit role, Aikou and Flora have automatically forfeited their eligibility to win the ₦160 million grand prize. Although they will remain in the Big Brother house until the final week, participate in all tasks, sponsored challenges, arena games, and weekly activities, they cannot be crowned the overall winner of the season.

According to the organisers, the Gambit housemates will also receive special assignments throughout the season, adding a new layer of strategy to the competition.
