The agreement was reached during high-level engagements in France as part of ongoing efforts by the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu to modernise critical infrastructure and expand international economic cooperation under the Renewed Hope Agenda. Officials said the partnership focuses on improving aircraft maintenance capability, aviation training, safety standards, and operational efficiency within Nigeria’s air transport ecosystem.
