Under the offer, a total of 4.1 billion ordinary shares in Dangote Petroleum Refinery will be offered to investors at ₦525 per share. The official application list is scheduled to open on September 14, 2026, and will remain open for exactly 25 days, closing on October 9, 2026. The offering is also structured to allow everyday Nigerian investors to participate, with the minimum subscription set at 100 ordinary shares, valued at ₦52,500. Investors wishing to subscribe beyond the minimum can do so in multiples of 50 shares, providing retail investors with an opportunity to take part in one of the biggest capital-market transactions in Africa.
