NSCDC Arrests Three Over Alleged Pipeline Vandalism in Adamawa

The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps NSCDC has disrupted an alleged pipeline vandalism operation in Adamawa State, arresting three suspects and recovering about 250 pieces of NNPC pipeline materials.The arrests followed an intelligence-led operation by NSCDC operatives in the state after security authorities received information about the movement of suspected vandalised pipeline components. According to the NSCDC, the recovered materials are believed to have been removed from critical petroleum infrastructure and were allegedly being transported for further disposal. The Corps is now investigating where the materials were taken from and where they were allegedly intended to be sold or delivered.
