The 27-year-old enjoyed another prolific campaign last season, scoring 22 goals and providing eight assists in 33 official appearances for Galatasaray, according to Pulse Sports.

Arsenal’s pursuit has reportedly gathered momentum after negotiations with Galatasaray initially centred on other players, including Gabriel Martinelli and Ethan Nwaneri.
