Among the major names on the list is the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mudashiru Obasa, who emerged as the party’s candidate for Agege Federal Constituency. The list also includes several incumbent lawmakers and party stakeholders who secured tickets across Lagos’ 24 federal constituencies and 40 state assembly seats following competitive and, in some cases, consensus-based primaries. According to the party, 24 candidates emerged for the House of Representatives, while 40 flagbearers were selected for the Lagos State House of Assembly after the completion of ward and constituency-level primaries across the state.
