Tinubu Receives Ceremonial Sword From Gov Abiodun, Reaffirms Commitment To Fight Crime And Corruption President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has received a ceremonial sword from Ogun State Governor Dapo Abiodun, symbolising renewed loyalty and support for the administration’s ongoing fight against crime, corruption, and national insecurity. The presentation was made in honour of Tinubu’s traditional title as Jagaban, during a symbolic ceremony attended by political leaders, traditional rulers, and government officials Governor Abiodun, while presenting the ceremonial sword, described President Tinubu as a courageous leader committed to national transformation, pledging continued support from Ogun State toward advancing security reforms and good governance.

He noted that the sword represents strength, justice, and responsibility, emphasising the collective resolve of leaders to support federal efforts aimed at restoring peace, strengthening institutions, and promoting accountability
